At Rejuvenate Life, we are dedicated to providing high-quality wellness products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you carefully review our return and refund policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • No Refunds or Returns: Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If you receive a product that is damaged (e.g., broken packaging, defective item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged item along with your order number. We will either issue a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Opened, used, or partially used products are non-refundable.
  • Products not purchased directly from rejuvenatelife.org are not eligible for return or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Once shipped, all sales are final.
